Our fees are fixed where the preparation scope can be defined in advance. There is no subscription, success fee or percentage charge.
Residence File Review
Pre-call intake, review of an index and up to 25 documents, 90-minute consultation, written gap map and one clarification email.

Facts intake, 60-minute comparison session and concise route summary with official sources and questions to verify.

50-minute file-order check, appointment rehearsal, packing list and questions to carry.

45-minute walkthrough of a suitable further-evidence request and a dated response index.
€135When extra scope changes the fee
A larger file, multiple family members, extensive self-employment evidence or a second review after substantial changes may require a written estimate. We explain the added work before you agree. Translation, certification, legal advice, government charges, insurance, postage and third-party services are never included in our fee.
Booking and payment
After an initial fit check, we confirm the consultation, scope and fee in writing. Payment is due before the scheduled session. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation and refund conditions are set out in our refund policy.
A note on value—and limits
The fee pays for preparation time, a structured review and written next steps. It does not purchase a particular authority decision. If the issue is principally legal, we will say so before booking rather than sell a preparation session that cannot responsibly answer it.
