Before work begins
You may cancel a confirmed consultation by emailing info@signal-pathbase.digital. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment and no agreed document review has begun, we refund the full service fee to the original payment method.
After preparation has started
File reviews include work before the call. Once we have begun reviewing your index or documents, that completed preparation is non-refundable. If you cancel, we provide an itemised explanation and refund any portion paid for work not yet performed. Purchased third-party services or materials authorised by you are non-refundable where the provider does not refund them.
Rescheduling and no-shows
One reschedule is available without charge when requested at least 24 hours before the appointment. Later changes may be treated as cancellation because preparation time and the appointment have been reserved. If you do not attend and provide no notice, the session fee is non-refundable. We will wait 15 minutes and attempt contact before marking a no-show.
Our cancellation
If we must cancel, you may choose a prompt replacement date or a full refund for undelivered work. If illness or technical failure interrupts a session, we complete the remaining time at no charge or provide a proportionate refund.
Digital deliverables and dissatisfaction
A delivered gap map, route summary or other bespoke preparation record cannot be returned. If it materially omits the written scope, notify us within seven days. We first offer correction within a reasonable period; where correction is not possible, a proportionate refund may apply. A later authority request or refusal does not by itself show that the preparation service was defective.
How to request a refund
Email info@signal-pathbase.digital with your name, booking date, service and reason. We acknowledge requests within two business days and normally decide them within seven. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and may take five to ten business days to appear.
Mandatory rights and exceptions
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights under German law, including any applicable withdrawal right. Where you expressly request that a service begin during a withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for work performed before withdrawal; the specific acknowledgement will be presented at booking. Legal-services rules do not apply because we do not offer legal representation.
