Who this review is for
This consultation suits people who have identified a likely German residence title and have begun collecting documents, but do not yet trust the file as a whole. It is particularly useful for first applications, a change of purpose of stay, and applications based on employment, self-employment or family circumstances.
We review coherence, not just presence. A contract may be in the folder, for example, while its start date conflicts with the intended application date. A health-insurance confirmation may exist but not clearly cover the relevant period. Those relationships are where preparation matters.

What is not included
This is document-preparation support, not legal representation. We do not issue legal opinions, guarantee an authority’s decision, certify copies, produce sworn translations, complete tax filings or communicate with an immigration authority in your name. If your facts indicate a disputed status, appeal, deadline breach or other legal issue, we will recommend seeking a qualified German immigration lawyer.
Before the consultation
You receive a short intake form and a document-index template. List each document, issuer, date and language; do not email passport scans or unredacted bank statements. We confirm a suitable transfer method if reviewing sensitive material becomes necessary.
During and after
We begin with your intended basis of stay, then work through identity and status, purpose, finances, housing, insurance and timing. Within two business days, you receive a written gap map marked ready, confirm, replace or missing. The map is a preparation record, not a prediction of the official outcome.

German requirements differ by residence title, nationality, local authority and individual circumstances. Published checklists can also change. You remain responsible for checking the current official requirements and submitting the application yourself.
